HR Consultant (a) Justice and Security Department # 80% - 100% | Luzern | Homeoffice possible ## Shape HR where responsibility, security, and social relevance come together: In this versatile senior HR function, you will support the management of the Justice and Security Department in demanding HR topics.   Your tasks • As an HR sparring partner, you will advise and accompany the department and unit management of the Justice and Security Department on strategic and operational HR issues. • In this versatile function, you will support the implementation of overarching goals from the legislative program, performance mandates, and departmental guidelines and make an important contribution to the further development of the organization. • You will accompany managers in challenging personnel and leadership issues, coach them in difficult situations, and support change processes at the individual, team, and organizational level. • You will support central HR processes, accompany the recruitment of management functions, take on administrative tasks with high care, and contribute to efficient and service-oriented HR work. • You will bring your specialist expertise and ideas into play by actively further developing HR instruments, processes, and systems and participating in HR projects. Your profile • Your comprehensive consulting competence and your in-depth experience in Human Resources Management distinguish you - ideally, you have experience in a comparable function in a larger or complex organization. • You have a recognized degree at university or university of applied sciences level or equivalent training and have further qualified in the field of HRM (e.g., NDS HF, MAS HRM, or comparable further education). • Your way of working is networked, solution-oriented, and pragmatic; you combine operational feasibility with strategic foresight. • You keep complex organizational, political, and social contexts in mind and move confidently in a political-administrative environment. • Your target-group-oriented communication, your confident appearance, and your sense of different perspectives support you in service-oriented collaboration with various stakeholder groups.
