Purchasing Clerk (100%) - Try and Hire Temporary Support

We are a successful personnel consultancy for temporary and permanent positions in the entire Eastern Switzerland that specializes in the placement of personnel from industry, technology, construction, and office. We are looking for our customer, immediately or by arrangement, for a Try and Hire Temporary Support sought – Purchasing Clerk (100%) Your activities include: • Independent processing of operational purchasing • Processing of purchase suggestions and triggering of orders • Monitoring of deadlines as well as dunning for deliveries and order confirmations • Creation and monitoring of production orders for warehouse production • Processing of customer service orders and express orders • Responsibility for C-part management • Independent implementation of simple procurement projects (for presses and separators) • Creation, processing, and tracking of deficiency reports and complaints as well as enforcement of warranty claims • Creation of tenders, evaluation of offers, and implementation of optimization measures • Support in the implementation of the 9 Block procurement strategy In order to optimally fulfill this demanding activity, you bring the following requirements: • Commercial or technical basic training • Experience in operational purchasing • Basic technical understanding • Confident handling of ERP systems as well as common Microsoft Office applications • Experience with JIRA or comparable tools is an advantage • English skills at a simple level (written and oral) • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • Resilient and flexible personality • Enjoyment of a coordinating hub function as well as of collaboration Have we aroused your interest?
