What you can contribute

• Lead a team of ten people, ensure the distribution of work, be demanding while promoting team motivation
• Ensure careful planning regarding quantity, time, personnel, and resources
• Assume responsibility for all tasks related to the shipping unit (mandates, coordination, optimization, steering) of the Pharmacie de l'armée
• Actively support the team and ensure the smooth running of processes within the depot
• Manage stocks in compliance with regulations and economic criteria, with full autonomy (specific controls, safety audits, ISO expertise)
• Contribute to projects, tests, optimizations, and coordinate maintenance work

What makes you unique

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Training as a logistics specialist or equivalent training with several years of experience in pharmacopoeia
• Several years of leadership experience and strong social skills
• Solution-oriented and customer-oriented working method; analytical and synthetic mindset
• In-depth mastery of MS Office and the SAP environment, knowledge of transport management systems, ready to carry a service weapon
• Oral and written knowledge in a second official language
