Introduction

Do you want to combine your leadership experience with your passion for psychiatric nursing?
In this responsible role, you will lead a gerontopsychiatric ward and, together with your team, shape professional, appreciative, and patient-oriented treatment.

Tasks

• Technical, personnel, and organizational leadership of the gerontopsychiatric ward
• Leadership, support, and targeted development of employees
• Ensuring high nursing and treatment quality
• Responsibility for needs-based personnel and deployment planning
• Design and further development of nursing processes and ward workflows
• Promotion of an open, appreciative, and solution-oriented team culture
• Close interprofessional cooperation with the medical, psychological, and therapeutic services
• Active participation in projects as well as in the further development of the gerontopsychiatric offering
• Responsibility for compliance with technical, legal, and operational specifications

Profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Several years of professional experience in psychiatry, ideally in gerontopsychiatry
• Leadership experience as a ward, team, or deputy ward manager
• Completed leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Strong social and leadership competence
• Appreciative, cooperative, and situational leadership style
• Organizational talent as well as a good understanding of operational contexts
• Resilient, responsible, and solution-oriented personality
