Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Lead a development team (DevOps) responsible for creating an ecosystem of electronic identification methods (verifiable credentials) and managing their lifecycle • Manage the continuous development (agile) and operation of the basic infrastructure and the trust infrastructure, and lead the trust management services • Elaborate the part of the product vision within the product owner's scope of competence with the management team and communicate on this subject • Collaborate closely with the relevant specialized services and stakeholders • Analyze customer needs to adapt the product offering, conduct market research, and maintain documentation in German and English <br /> What makes you unique • Degree from a university of applied sciences in computer science or business informatics • Several years of experience in a leadership position in a similar technical environment (electronic identification methods or cybersecurity) • Ability to make decisions based on business management principles, to conduct systemic reasoning, to understand value flows, and to develop long-term perspectives • Pragmatism, team spirit, high sense of customer service, and excellent communication skills • Active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third <br /> In a few words With the other members of your team, you will contribute to creating and operating an ecosystem of state-recognized electronic identification methods.
