Are you ready to strengthen our digital defenses and maximize security efficiency? In this key role, you will take charge of our cybersecurity framework, ensuring compliance with the strictest industry standards and mitigating risks. Cyber Security Manager (all) # Your role • As Cyber Security Manager, you will not only define strategies but also actively implement cybersecurity measures, working directly with internal and external stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. To this end, you will develop, deploy, and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) compliant with ISO 27001, NIST, and NIS-2 frameworks - ensuring practical application, not just documentation • You will ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and industry standards by translating requirements into effective security policies, procedures, and controls and integrating them into daily operations • By taking charge of incident management, you will guarantee the rapid detection, coordinated response, and resolution of security incidents while continuously strengthening incident reporting and feedback processes • In close collaboration with the IT, Legal, and Procurement departments, you will integrate cybersecurity requirements into contracts and processes and contribute to a robust third-party risk management framework • Furthermore, you will directly implement, manage, and refine cutting-edge security monitoring tools and ensure cybersecurity coverage across several target markets, including Switzerland, Italy, Germany, France, Norway, and Sweden What you bring to the position • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or a related field • Proven experience in cybersecurity management and practical implementation, ideally in critical infrastructures or the energy sectors • Practical expertise in network management, server virtualization, OT communication protocols, as well as firewall configuration and administration complements your security know-how • Solid knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and NIS-2 standards, combined with practical experience in risk management, compliance audits, and security operations, is essential • Your analytical mindset, your ability to quickly understand complex subjects, and your communication skills allow you to translate security challenges into pragmatic solutions and drive initiatives forward • A proactive, solution-oriented approach, the willingness to get concretely involved, to take responsibility, and to continuously develop your expertise characterize your way of working • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage (German, Italian, French) We are not interested in applications from recruitment agencies.
