Program Manager "Evolution of the health system"

The Service de la santé publique (SCSP) is looking for a Program Manager "Evolution of the health system" SCSP136 The SCSP is responsible for ensuring the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of the population's health. It coordinates the Neuchâtel sanitary system and ensures a range of services that meets identified needs. It is in charge of the quality of services provided by healthcare providers (institutions and persons practicing in health professions). Your missions Ensure the global management of the program You work in close collaboration with stakeholders to shape the program's scope, participate in the development of its roadmap, and set the operational priorities that will impact the future of the organization. Animate and align all program actors At the heart of exchanges, you promote collaboration between all teams and decision-makers to guarantee perfect alignment, maintain fluid communication, and represent the program to authorities and key partners. Supervise performance and guarantee results You plan, monitor, and optimize project progress by ensuring the monitoring of indicators and reporting as well as compliance with deadlines, deliverables, and the budget. Anticipate challenges and steer change Proactively, you identify risks, propose alternative solutions, and manage resistance. You also ensure global financial coherence to transform obstacles into opportunities for progress. Your profile Holder of a master's degree supplemented by training in project management, you have proven expertise in managing large-scale programs and possess a real talent for translating complex political directives into concrete and measurable action plans. Knowledge of the health or public sector represents a major asset. Equipped with strong leadership, you benefit from excellent interpersonal skills to unite various stakeholders (authorities, external partners, internal teams). You are also capable of navigating a complex institutional environment while being able to coordinate rigorous monitoring of different projects with a sense of priorities. Finally, you demonstrate great resilience, a sharp sense of results, and irreproachable professional ethics.
