We are a real estate service company with its headquarters in Immensee (SZ) and part of the C. Vanoli Gruppe. To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for an Immobilienbewirtschafter*in immediately or by agreement. Your tasks: • Independent management of your own real estate portfolio (rent and commercial) • Organization of property maintenance, coordination and commissioning of repairs and damage cases • Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities and caretakers • Accompaniment of renovations and construction projects Qualification / Profile: • Completed commercial basic training • Preferably you have a subject-specific further education (Immobilienbewirtschafter*in with FA) or three to four years of experience in real estate management • Good manners, resilient, enduring and good assertiveness • High flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Precise and independent working method • Experience with RIMO R5 is an advantage We offer: • Interesting and varied activity • A committed and competent team • Diverse development opportunities in the field of real estate • Company car with private use and free parking Have we sparked your interest?
