For our main headquarters in St. Gallen, we are looking for a committed person for the planning of interventions and transports. In this function, you coordinate and plan complex crane and transport missions and ensure smooth operational progress.

In this key role, you are the organizational heart between customers, drivers, and internal project teams.

Tasks

• You plan and coordinate the daily use of our mobile cranes and teams
• You ensure that vehicles, personnel, and equipment are used efficiently
• You keep all the strings in your hands and ensure smooth daily progress
• You communicate actively with customers, drivers, and project managers and find fast and pragmatic solutions
• You continually optimize the use of our resources

We expect

• A completed technical or commercial basic training
• Experience in logistics, transport, or operational planning is an advantage
• An enthusiasm for technology, cranes, trucks, and demanding processes
• You think in a structured manner, act in a solution-oriented way, and maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• Excellent command of German, both spoken and written
