Technical Project Leader Test Benches Bulle

Missions ##

• You plan and manage new construction, overhaul, and improvement projects for test benches for internal combustion engines as well as for hydraulic and aeronautical components (from design to acceptance), in collaboration with the production and development departments
• You identify requirements and develop preliminary projects and specifications
• You supervise the implementation and commissioning phases
• You collaborate with other internal departments, as well as with suppliers, and find innovative solutions to optimize the startup phase
• You provide support in the context of maintenance interventions and their preparation

Profile ##

• You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of commissioning production installations, ideally engine test benches or engine components.
• Experience in project management and in-depth knowledge in the field of internal combustion engine technology or hydraulics represents a considerable asset.
• You possess a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or process engineering. A technician training with relevant experience in the construction and operation of engine test benches or engine components will also be considered
• You have very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications.
• You have good language skills in German or English, with French being an advantage.
• You are independent, structured, and autonomous in your work and have good analytical skills.
• You like to take initiative, you are innovative and customer-oriented. You have a high level of commitment and are able to work in a team.
