SPECIALIST/MANAGER FOR OPERATIONAL MAINTENANCE I FACILITY MANAGER These requirements spark your enthusiasm In the large event hall and the open-air event arena, you are responsible for maintenance, upkeep, and setup/takedown for events up to 1'500 people. You are technically skilled and enjoy taking care of the in-house event technology at events. You are a service provider and like to be the point of contact for customers at events. In the sports hall with grandstand & accommodation, you take care of sports events and ensure maintenance and cleanliness in the facilities. You are a team player and enjoy achieving goals in a team. You support the cleaning team and ensure order and hygiene throughout the entire area with bathrooms, sauna, ice rinks, park, surroundings, mini golf, and gastronomy. These skills characterize you After completing your education/training, you have already gained experience in operational maintenance and facility/events. You find it important to maintain and clean rooms and infrastructure. Your native language is German. Simple computer work (MS Office) is easy for you. You work structured and foresighted and possess a valid driver's license for vehicles requiring a commercial driver's license (PW). You are willing to lend a hand and enjoy operational responsibility in a dynamic, lively operation with seasonal fluctuations. Even in hectic situations, you remain calm and thoughtful.
