• Responsibility for efficient deployment and resource planning on the ward
• Ensuring professional care and accompaniment of patients

Your profile:

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH with experience in personnel management
• Experience in the guidance and promotion of junior and specialist staff
• Enjoyment of the conceptual further development of the nursing area
• High social competence, teamwork skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
