Committed and dynamic, it's you we're looking for to take on the function mentioned below: Technical Inspector Attached to the manager of the ELIS PEST CONTROL profit center, you ensure the management of the technical Pest control service at the Swiss level. You actively support the manager of the center in the consolidation and development of sales and profitability of the service. You ensure the realization of services by organizing work, training and supervising your team. Your mission consists essentially of: Leading a team of technicians with the support of the customer service assistant-coordinator. You are also responsible for respecting the planning and quality of service of your team. Participating in the development of processes and ensuring their implementation. Making regular trips to Swiss Romandy and occasionally to German-speaking Switzerland to ensure services at our clients' premises with technicians. Regularly checking the vehicles, equipment and PPE made available to technicians and ensuring their maintenance. Having natural and asserted leadership to train and support your team in the field as well as develop the skills of each one. Preparing and leading continuing training days and ensuring their good application in the field. Commercially and technically leading your team of technicians to very actively develop client sales through cross-selling. Ensuring good management of purchases and stocks to guarantee product availability for technicians while respecting safety rules. Solving problems encountered at clients, being a force for proposal to improve service quality and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Your profile: You have proven experience in team management and have natural leadership You are a very organized, proactive person and have a taste for team work You have knowledge of German (level B1 an asset) You are a very demanding person and strongly appreciate meticulous work You master computer tools and have a good knowledge of Switzerland You are a handyman/handywoman, have a resourceful spirit and are not afraid of heights You have experience in pest control (an asset!)
