To strengthen the specialist medical staff, we are looking for a specialist FMH in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. The most important points in brief The position is suitable for flexible and independent colleagues with completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or before the completion of the training curriculum). This is what your professional day with us looks like In this position, together with the Chief Physician, you will contribute to the supervision and teaching of case-managing psychologists and assistant physicians, take over case management yourself, and coordinate psychiatric diagnostics as well as treatments. You are responsible for psychiatric-psychotherapeutic patient treatment in individual settings, e.g., on the ward for supplementary insured patients, and work closely with an interprofessional team. In the absence of the Chief Physician, you represent the professional management of the private department (25 beds). Furthermore, you take on organizational tasks such as triage, correspondence, and cost approvals, support your team in training and further education, and participate in interdisciplinary cooperation, internal training, and working groups. Background services as well as networking and public relations round off your versatile field of activity. What you bring with you You have a completed state examination in medicine (CH) or an equivalent qualification from the EU/EFTA as well as a specialist qualification in psychiatry and psychotherapy. Profound knowledge in psychotherapy as well as very good German skills in spoken and written language are essential for this position.
