Your contribution to our team As a civil engineer, you will start directly with us in the exciting world of demanding construction projects. Our experienced team will accompany you during your entry into professional life and lead you step by step to the diverse tasks in structural engineering. As a project engineer, you will design demanding high-rise and civil engineering structures, excavation pits, and foundations, from the first concept idea to realization. In doing so, you will use modern digital planning methods and work closely with experts from various disciplines. Another focus lies in the static and dynamic verification of existing load-bearing structures as well as in the planning of strengthening and remodeling measures. In doing so, you can continuously deepen your specialist knowledge and increasingly take on responsibility. We will specifically accompany you in your professional and personal development. Our goal is for you to develop into an independent project manager in the medium term and to lead demanding projects independently in our interdisciplinary project teams. Your competencies Completed Master's degree in Civil Engineering at ETH Zürich Broad interest in structural engineering tasks and construction methods (reinforced concrete, wood, steel) Sound theoretical knowledge in structural analysis, design, and geotechnics Proactive, communicative, and team-oriented personality Independence, flexibility, and entrepreneurial thinking Openness to new topics, such as Digital Planning Good communicative skills in German, both oral and written Ideally initial practical experience We are committed to a wide range of topics from consulting, planning, construction, informatics, and communication.
