Introduction

For our client, an established facility in the field of rehabilitation in healthcare, we are looking for a dipl. Pflegefachperson for an early rehabilitation station. In this position, you will care for patients in a demanding clinical environment and work closely with various specialist departments.

Tasks

• Management and implementation of individual nursing processes for patients
• Care and monitoring of persons in an early rehabilitative environment
• Ensuring professional care while considering complex nursing situations
• Coordination of measures in exchange with interdisciplinary specialists
• Observation of health status as well as initiation of suitable measures
• Documentation of nursing services and participation in quality assurance

Profile

• Degree as dipl. Pflegefachperson or equivalent qualification with recognition in Switzerland
• Experience in the field of intensive, monitoring, or acute care is an advantage
• Willingness for professional further development in the specialized area
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Responsible and structured way of working
• Team orientation and resilience
