On our monitoring station in the Hirslanden Klinik Im Park, you care for patients in a sensitive phase after surgical procedures. With attentiveness, precision, and a high sense of responsibility, you work in a demanding environment where modern medicine, interdisciplinary collaboration, and highly specialized nursing interlock daily. Through your professional expertise and your prudent actions, you contribute decisively to conveying safety, stability, and trust to our patients.

YOUR TASKS ##

• Monitoring, nursing, and care of patients in the monitoring station in all medical specialties
• Responsibility for postoperative monitoring of vital signs as well as surgery-specific nursing measures
• Independent execution of the diagnostic, therapeutic, and prophylactic measures prescribed by the doctor
• Ensuring flawless performance recording and nursing documentation
• Recognizing emergency situations as well as initiating adequate measures until the arrival of the doctor

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Basic training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann (FH/HF) with further training in intensive care, anesthesia, or IMC or the willingness to complete the IMC course
• Empathy in dealing with patients as well as their relatives
• Customer and service orientation as well as resilience, teamwork, and flexibility (shift work 24/7)
• Willingness to further develop your expertise and make an important contribution to the success of our clinic
