Within the Data, Analytics & Technology division, we bring together expertise in data analysis, modeling, software development, and market research in the real estate sector.
At the Zurich site, you will be part of the 9-person Data Suisse team and work in an open and cooperative atmosphere with our experienced Data Science and Data Engineering experts. Our mission is to develop high-quality data sets, analyses based on them, and data-driven models to take Wüest Partner's products to the next level.
Your tasks
• Creation and development of databases and spatial and building-specific models for the real estate market, both for Switzerland and in an international context
• Design and continuous optimization of data pipelines in our international data warehouse
• Implementation of quantitative and qualitative data analyses with spatial reference
