Job description Your team and mission Within the Data, Analytics & Technology division, we bring together expertise in data analysis, modeling, software development, and market research in the real estate sector. At the Zurich site, you will be part of the 9-person Data Suisse team and work in an open and cooperative atmosphere with our experienced Data Science and Data Engineering experts. Our mission is to develop high-quality data sets, analyses based on them, and data-driven models to take Wüest Partner's products to the next level. Your tasks • Creation and development of databases and spatial and building-specific models for the real estate market, both for Switzerland and in an international context • Design and continuous optimization of data pipelines in our international data warehouse • Implementation of quantitative and qualitative data analyses with spatial reference • Cross-national and inter-team collaboration to coordinate and find solutions to data and model-related questions • Close collaboration with our division of real estate experts to ensure high data quality standards in the context of valuation • Role as central expert and contact person for data-related questions • Monitoring and documentation of processes to ensure data quality Qualifications Your profile • University degree with an analytical or technical specialization, natural sciences, or engineering • Very good programming skills with Python and R for statistics, Data Science, and data processing • Proven experience with Databricks / Spark (PySpark, sparklyr, SparkR) - certification desired • Solid knowledge of databases and data warehouses (including SQL) • Experience with Bitbucket, Gitea, and versioning tools, e.g., Git • Interest in topics related to real estate, data analytics, machine learning, and AI • Personal initiative, autonomous and well-structured working method with strong analytical and conceptual abilities • Team-oriented personality with great social and communication skills • Common mastery of German and English Additional information We offer • Flexible Work Smart concept with possibility of remote work • Refreshing, professional, and collegial corporate culture with great events (company parties, croissant breaks, etc.) • High team spirit, flat hierarchies, and varied tasks • Beautiful workplace location in the center of Zurich with modern infrastructure • Generous budget for continuous training, including dedicated time and other attractive benefits Contact For any questions, Federica Arcella, recruitment manager, is at your disposal at federica.arcella@wuestpartner.com.
