Kitchen Assistant 80-100%

For our team at THE THAI, we are looking for reinforcement for our production kitchen in Regensdorf near Zürich. In addition to the preparation of our Thai dishes, depending on your assignment, you will also support us on our food trucks as well as at caterings and events.

Tasks:

• Preparing and prepping vegetables, meat and other ingredients
• Assisting in the production of our Thai dishes
• Portioning, packaging and preparing the food
• Support on our food trucks at various locations
• Assisting at caterings, corporate functions and events
• General kitchen work
• Compliance with our hygiene and quality standards

Requirements:

• Experience in kitchen, gastronomy or food production is an advantage, but not a must
• Reliable, clean and efficient way of working
• Physical resilience
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Communication in German
• Willingness for assignments on our food trucks as well as at caterings and events
