Hinwil \| 80-100% What you can contribute • Assume responsibility for the UKEA unit dealing with communication systems, weapons systems and other technical systems in the competence region of the CLA in Hinwil • Lead, both personally and technically, four direct subordinates (recruitment, development, performance evaluation, deployment planning) • Drive and monitor all inspection, maintenance and repair processes in the assigned areas • Ensure a high level of operation (efficiency, safety, quality) of the workshops, in compliance with all regulations • Assume the related financial tasks (budget, cost control, optimization measures) • Implement the strategic development of the unit on all levels (organization, processes, technologies, resource utilization) <br /> What makes you unique • Apprenticeship in the multimedia, IT or electronics sectors, as a mechanic or a related trade • Higher education in the technical sector, additional qualifications in IT, telematics or communication systems, if possible in relation to technically complex security systems, or further training in management, business administration, project and process management • Responsible attitude in behavior and conduct, both regarding quality and safety, experience in managing a fairly large team (ideally in a decentralized organization across multiple sites) • Rapid understanding of the correlations between complex technical systems and their use in security contexts • Structured problem-solving competence, analytical approach • Willingness to learn and affinity for new technologies <br /> In a few words Are you passionate about complex systems, inter-organizational processes and strategic achievements?
