Production methods technician - electronics (M/F)

• Technical training: automation technician, electronics technician, ES technician or training deemed equivalent * Confirmed experience in an industrial environment * Experience in production organization and/or methods * Field-oriented, pragmatic person oriented towards problem-solving * Ability to unite and support teams * Proficiency with IT tools and production management software * Interest in designing concrete solutions: fixtures, tooling and improvement of workstations
• Plan, organize and monitor production on a daily basis + Supervise and support teams by providing technical support + Be present on the field and resolve issues related to machines, tooling, matrices and manufacturing processes + Design, test and implement fixtures and tooling facilitating the work of the teams + Optimize flows, workstations and manufacturing methods + Create and maintain work instructions + Analyze production times and identify areas for improvement + Actively participate in the evolution and continuous improvement of the workshop
