For our Swiss Tasty Store in Sarnen, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial personality who takes responsibility, leads our team, and develops the location together with us.

As Store Manager (m/w/d) 80–100 %, you will take overall responsibility for the operational business and ensure that our guests and employees feel comfortable at Swiss Tasty.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the store
• Leadership, motivation, and further development of the team
• Ensuring quality, cleanliness, and high guest satisfaction
• Planning and implementation of sales and marketing measures
• Responsibility for revenue, cost control, and budget compliance
• Ordering, goods management, and inventory
• Ensuring and controlling our hygiene and operational standards
• Further development of the store and implementation of our concept specifications

What you bring with you

• Experience in gastronomy, ideally in a leadership position
• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in leading employees
• Team-oriented and solution-oriented way of working
• Resilience, flexibility, and high quality awareness
• Very good German skills
