Job Description ##

As a Site Manager in road construction (100% m/f/d), you are responsible for the technical execution of large-scale projects in the field of road and civil engineering. In this key position, you lead the construction site personnel, the subcontractors, and the sub-contractors, and are responsible for the deployment planning of the construction site personnel in close cooperation with the construction management. Furthermore, you are responsible for the procurement and disposition of operating materials and inventory. You are responsible for the reporting system, including the creation of daily and hourly reports for personnel and inventory. Another important aspect of your role is ensuring occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection on the construction site. You thus contribute significantly to the successful implementation of our projects and ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and safely.

You have completed training as a Site Manager and possess a track record as a construction site manager. Your strengths lie in the practice-oriented organization and leadership of construction sites. You think entrepreneurially and act independently and with cost awareness. High motivation to lead employees characterizes you. In addition, you have broad specialist knowledge in the field of road construction and a high degree of reliability. Skill in dealing with clients and construction management is a matter of course for you. Furthermore, you bring existing know-how in IT and have an enthusiasm for digital construction.
