Project Engineer Construction & Project Coordination

You will lead and coordinate construction projects of varying complexity at a production site, from smaller maintenance measures to conversion and new construction projects.

Tasks

• Independent management of construction projects from needs definition to commissioning
• Planning, tendering, awarding, and monitoring of construction and maintenance measures
• Creation of project, cost, and schedule plans and ensuring their compliance
• Leadership and coordination of external planners, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Execution of condition analyses and development of renovation and maintenance concepts
• Monitoring of construction execution and conducting site inspections
• Control of offers, invoices, and supplements

Profile

• Background as a civil engineer, architect, construction planning/construction management technician, or comparable qualification
• Experience in project management and construction execution
• Experience in planning, coordination, and realization of construction and conversion projects
• Knowledge in construction management, tendering, and awarding procedures
• Experience in dealing with authorities, planners, and contractors
• Proficient use of MS Office; knowledge of CAD or project management tools is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage

Offer

• Full-time workload, on-site with a small home office component possible
• Start immediately or by arrangement
