In-house HVAC Technician - Project Manager M/F

Your responsibilities

• Customer Management & Support: Handle customer requests by e-mail and telephone. Analyze their needs, formalize offers and ensure remote technical follow-up.
• HVAC Project Management: Plan, coordinate and supervise installation or renovation projects. Define schedules, allocate resources and monitor site progress.
• Technical Follow-up & Offers: Perform basic thermal calculations, dimension equipment and write specifications as well as quotes.
• Internal/External Coordination: Collaborate closely with the installation teams in the field and order the necessary material from suppliers.
• Multilingual Communication: Ensure written and oral correspondence with our Swiss and international customers and partners.

Your profile

• Education: Higher technical training in HVAC or CFC installer/designer (with strong experience).
• Experience: Proven experience in HVAC project management or in a sedentary technical interface role.
• Languages (Mandatory): Perfect mastery of French AND fluent level (minimum B2/C1) in English OR German, both orally and in writing.
• Skills: Writing ease, excellent telephone elocution and mastery of standard IT tools (MS Office, ERP).
