Your role

As part of the sales internal service team, you are the central contact point for our customers, the specialist retail trade, and our production. Your main task: smooth order processing, from the initial inquiry to successful implementation. You ensure that all processes interlock efficiently and that our customers are excellently supported at all times.

Your tasks

• From the order to timely implementation, you keep an eye on the entire process, check feasibility, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• To ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time, you coordinate the availability of appliances, merchandise, and other components.
• When things don't go according to plan, you are needed: In the event of defects or complaints, you quickly find a suitable solution and ensure satisfied customers.

• Strong communication skills and very good German skills characterize you; French skills are a plus.
• You are proficient in using IT applications such as Office, CRM, and ERP.
