What you move * You are responsible for the smooth operation of the Migros Center Glarus as well as the locations in Uznach, Reichenburg, Näfels and Niederurnen * You look after tenants and building users and are the first point of contact for their concerns * You coordinate maintenance and upkeep measures and carry out small repairs * You look after green, outdoor and parking facilities and the winter service * You ensure cleanliness, order and a well-maintained appearance of the properties * You are the first point of contact in the event of malfunctions and initiate the first intervention What you bring * Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ) * Specialization: as specialist in facility management, electrician or similar technical training * Professional experience: Sound professional experience in a similar position * Your friendly and professional interaction with customers makes you a valued contact person * You work independently, structurally and tackle challenges with initiative * Your skill and your experience in manual crafts distinguish you * You bring solid IT user knowledge and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems * You have a driving license of category B * German (B1) What we offer you * Working healthy: health-promoting offers such as massages and health checks * Mobility: With the unique leisure bonus per year of a total of max.
