Tasks

• Everything under control! As a director, you are responsible for the economic success of your point of sale.
• You know: if you support and motivate your employees, you and your team will successfully implement sales promotion measures.
• Our demanding clientele is delighted with the competent and courteous way in which you advise them.
• You ensure optimal merchandise management and ensure that your point of sale invites shopping.
• Your daily tasks? You establish the personnel planning including cost control and take charge of the branch administration.

Requirements

• Do you convince in sales and have experience in management? Then you are at the right place with us.
• Your professional training in the field of perfumery has made you a technical expert. You are competent in business management thanks to continuous training.
• You master German very well - both spoken and written.
• Office programs? No problem for you.
• Several years of experience in the sector? That convinces us.
