What you can achieve:

• Visitor reception and visitor control: reception, registration and forwarding
• Assumption of various administrative tasks directly at the reception / security control center of our customers
• Operation of the telephone exchange
• Carrying out control rounds in the property
• Handling of technical devices and systems
• Support of emergency services in emergency situations
• Initial intervention in events
• A confident and respectful manner with people in diverse life situations is a matter of course for you

What you bring with you:

• Pronounced independence, performance and a high sense of responsibility
• Professional appearance, excellent communication skills and a high degree of discretion
• High degree of empathy
• Very good German and good English skills (good spoken English skills)
• Completed vocational training or equivalent education
• Proficient PC user skills and strong technical understanding
• Willingness to work in shifts (early, late and night shifts)
• Flawless reputation (check of debt enforcement register and criminal record extract)
• Swiss citizenship or possession of a permit C or EU/EFTA B
• Good physical condition
