Who we are ###

The Jugendarbeit Weisslingen is a colorful place where young people from the 6th grade find space, support and genuine co-determination. We accompany, promote, organize and are fully committed.

Whether open youth work in the youth center, exciting projects, workshops, holiday activities or just an open ear: it's never boring with us!

What to expect ###

• Planning, organization and implementation of leisure and educational offers for young people
• Accompaniment and counseling of young people in different life situations
• Promotion of participation, personal responsibility and social skills
• Cooperation with schools, parents and clubs
• Participation in projects, events and holiday activities
• Plenty of room for your ideas, creativity and personal responsibility
• Administrative tasks such as cash book, designing the monthly/yearly program
• Working days/times: Wednesday: 13.00-20.00, Thursday: 15.00-19.00 and approximately every 2nd Saturday: 17:00-23:00

What you bring ###

• Experience, joy and interest in working with young people and on social issues
• Openness, reliability and a good sense of humor
• Resilient personality who appreciates working alone
• Willingness to work irregular hours in the evenings and on weekends
• Basic IT skills
• Minimum age: 20 years
