Pflegefachperson HF / FH for the psychiatry department (60-100%) Working hours in day service from Monday to Friday, workload selectable Your versatile tasks You are active in direct psychiatric nursing and create the nursing plan You carry out needs assessments using the InterRAI instrument (RegioSpitex Limmattal covers the costs for the InterRAI further training) You are responsible for the planning and implementation of the nursing process for your customers (case management) You support our customers and relatives in crisis situations, during the reintegration process and in managing everyday life You advise, accompany and empower employees who are deployed in psychiatric nursing You promote interdisciplinary cooperation with external agencies and coordinate the corresponding services for your customers Your competencies Dipl.
