Head of Health, Nursing and Spitex 80% Member of the Executive Board

Your task
You bear the overall responsibility for the Health, Nursing and Spitex division and shape its professional, personnel, and strategic development. Together with your team, you create the framework conditions for professional, client-centered, and future-oriented healthcare for people with disabilities. As a member of the Executive Board, you actively contribute your specialist competence to the further development of the overall organization.

What you bring with you

• Tertiary education as a nursing specialist FH / HF or an equivalently recognized qualification
• Several years of leadership and management experience in the healthcare sector
