Espaces Paysages, a young company with extensive experience, is looking for a Horticultural Landscaper (M/F) Team Leader to join our dynamic and passionate team! To design, realize, and maintain sustainable gardens, in a natural way, with quality materials and local partners with the aim of promoting biodiversity and improving our environment. For us, providing neat and quality work carried out according to the rules of the art is not an option, it is an imperative! Our goal: to make our clients' gardens a complete living space and spaces that generate well-being. Based in Concise, our company is active in Yverdon-les-Bains and in the Jura-Nord vaudois region, as well as in the Neuchâtel region. Responsibilities ### • Carry out construction sites with or without plans, coordinate a team of landscapers on the ground. • Plan and organize landscaping (and maintenance) works. • Ensure the quality and respect of deadlines for entrusted projects. • Actively participate in creation works (and maintenance of green spaces). • Ensure the application of safety standards and good environmental practices. • Communicate with clients to guarantee their satisfaction. • Training of apprentices. • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and the machine fleet. Qualifications ### • Training in horticultural landscaping (CFC or equivalent). • Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in Switzerland. • Skills in team management and site organization. • Knowledge of landscaping techniques, natural stone, and plants. • Category B driving license (category BE is an asset), Machinist M1. • Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility. • Passion for nature and sensitivity to ecological practices.
