To support our team in our office premises in Walkringen, we are looking for a commercial allrounder immediately or by arrangement.

Your responsibility

• Professional organization of daily business and processing of incoming inquiries
• Handling of smaller customer inquiries from A – Z
• Support of our project managers in order processing
• Updating our industry software solution EasyJob (customer and article master data)
• Coordination of appointments and taking over administrative tasks (accounts payable, timesheets, minutes, etc.)
• Administrative and organizational support in the marketing area

Your background

• Completed commercial training in a technical company or a technical training with commercial further education
• At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in event construction or in a comparable function (internal sales, solo secretariat)
• Driver's license Cat. B/BE
• Confident German in spoken and written form. Other languages (English, French) are an advantage
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of the software EasyJob are an advantage
• High affinity for new media and enjoyment of flexible working
