• Implement all quality documentation
• Plan and carry out internal audits and audits at subcontractors
• Ensure the implementation of preventive and corrective quality actions
• Implement quality and performance indicators (KPI)
• TQ3 quality diploma (non-negotiable)
• Engineering training or watchmaking finisher in assembly
• Experience in a similar position of minimum 5 years
• Mastery of the watchmaking sector
• Stable professional career
