Siloah Langzeit offers comprehensive care to elderly people in need of care, people with disabilities, and people with special needs at the locations Gümligen, Kühlewil and Köniz. The offering includes geriatric care in elderly residential groups – including specialized offers for people with dementia, addiction diseases or gerontopsychiatric needs – as well as care in neurological residential groups.### Your area of responsibility

• Ensuring individual and professional care and support, taking into account the individual needs of our residents
• Taking over daily responsibility
• Taking over medical and nursing responsibility
• Participating in daily life activities

Your profile

• Completed training as Fachfrau:Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or a comparable training with corresponding SRK recognition
• Empathy and strong social skills
• Professional experience and joy in dealing with elderly people
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Independent, responsible and resilient personality

The Siloah-Verbund as an employer

With around 1'000 employees, the Siloah-Verbund is an independent and self-financed basic provider in old age and operates a geriatric medical hospital, three home locations as well as two Spitex support points in the Canton of Bern.
