Accounting Clerk

We are a regionally known company in the field of building materials and have a strong market position in German-speaking Switzerland in the field of civil engineering and special foundation engineering. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for you as a Sachbearbeiter/-in Rechnungswesen (Accounting Clerk) to strengthen our accounting team.

Your tasks

• Independent management of financial accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable including quarterly/annual financial statements, VAT returns and tax returns of the assigned companies
• Independent management of the financial accounting of our company-owned pension fund
• Monitoring of incoming payments and processing of payment transactions
• Preparation of monthly evaluations including management information
• Provision of documents for the Board of Directors and the auditing body
• Support as well as deputy within the group of companies for other companies

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further training or interest in further training in finance and accounting
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Flair for numbers, sense of responsibility, discretion
• Quick comprehension and interest in the subject matter
• Team player, solution-oriented personality
