We are looking for our client, a:

Real Estate Accounting Manager

Missions:

• Organize annual closings
• Preparation of buyer-seller statements
• Keeping the accounts of buildings belonging to various private owners
• Preparation of budgets, monitoring and comparison
• Management of debtors and litigation
• Management of suppliers and creditors
• Taxation (tax declaration - VAT statement)
• Management of salaries and social insurances
• Management of various projects
• Management of two assistant accountants

Profile:

• 35 to 45 years old
• Federal diploma in accounting or equivalent (= an asset)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate accounting
• Very good knowledge of usual IT tools as well as Quorum
