Your tasks

Technical and disciplinary leadership of operational maintenance - Planning/coordination/participation in malfunctions/maintenance/repairs/remodelling - Ensuring high plant availability and proactive maintenance - Project management for new machines, equipment, remodelling and automation projects - Development and implementation of technical solutions from concept to commissioning - Evaluation of technical feasibility/economic efficiency of production processes - Support in the development/implementation of prototypes and new ideas - Creation of training documents and conducting training - Close cooperation with interfaces such as; Head of Technology-Production

Your profile

Completed basic technical training (e.g., automation technician, polymechanic, mechatronics technician or comparable training) - Several years of professional/leadership experience ideally in production technology- operational maintenance - Automation - Good knowledge of electrical engineering/automation (Siemens - TIA Portal is an advantage) - Structured/cost-conscious/solution-oriented way of working with high personal responsibility - Enjoyment of a hands-on mentality - Team player, good communication and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
