Head of Realization AVOR Grid Construction

You lead a team in the area of grid construction and are responsible for the realization, maintenance and operation of the grid infrastructure in grid levels 5–7.

Tasks

• Leading and developing the team with a focus on open cooperation
• Ensuring the realization, maintenance and operation of the grid infrastructure
• Coordination of grid construction projects with internal specialist departments and external partners
• Planning of resources and assignments to ensure availability
• Driving improvements and digitalization topics
• Ensuring compliance with safety specifications and quality standards

Profile

• Training as a Master Grid Electrician or comparable further education, or willingness to do so
• Experience in the realization of grid construction projects
• Experience in leading employees
• Solution-oriented way of working in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the operation of grid levels 5–7 is an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, confident handling of Office and ideally SAP
