General Director Join the RSBJ, a rapidly expanding health network! The Réseau Santé Balcon du Jura (RSBJ) is a major health actor in the Nord vaudois. Located in Sainte-Croix, it brings together nearly 320 employees within a local hospital, an EMS, a medico-social support structure (CAT and LADA) as well as 2 medical practices. Our mission is clear: to offer the population access to quality, human, and coordinated care, while developing innovative models that respond to the challenges of aging, chronic diseases, and the evolution of the health system. As part of its development, the RSBJ is looking for its: General Director As a member of the Executive Committee, alongside the Medical Director and the Director of Nursing, you carry the strategic vision of the institution and ensure its global management. You lead the transformations necessary for the evolution of the RSBJ, in a demanding environment where excellence of care, economic balance, innovation, and proximity are combined. You develop relationships of trust with cantonal authorities, health network partners, and teams, in a spirit of dialogue, responsibility, and cooperation. The challenges awaiting you: Deploy the institutional strategy and accompany the transformations of the organization Work towards an improvement in economic efficiency while preserving the quality of services Strengthen collaborations with partners of the Vaud health system Develop integrated care and health pathways meeting the needs of the population Support a managerial culture based on trust, responsibility, innovation, and continuous improvement Contribute to the influence of an establishment recognized for its services to the population of the Balcon du Jura and the surrounding areas Ensure the responsibility and management of the institution's transversal services, grouping Technical and Logistics Services, Hotel and Housekeeping, Catering, Quality, Information Systems, Central Store, and HPCI, representing a group of approximately 48 employees. Your profile: You have solid management experience in the health sector and know how to combine strategic vision, leadership, and capacity for execution. You benefit from: a higher education (HES, University, or Polytechnic School) in the fields of health, management, or business management a recognized title in hospital management (Federal Diploma, Expert Diploma, MAS, or equivalent recognized by the Cantonal Physician Service) confirmed experience of at least five years in a general management or management function of a health establishment excellent knowledge of the Swiss health system, the Vaud legal framework, and hospital financing mechanisms Experience in crisis management, cantonal hospital planning, quality management (ISO 9001 or equivalent) as well as a sensitivity to integrated care and the challenges of mountain regions will constitute appreciated assets. Mastery of French is indispensable. Knowledge of German and/or English represents an advantage.
