Bern-Ittigen (and home office) | 80-100% This is the contribution you can make <br /> • Develop fundamentals and good examples for high-quality inner-city development and the promotion of affordable housing • Support work on settlement development scenarios and develop spatial planning approaches regarding the topic of climate • Participate in the monitoring of the Zweitwohnungsgesetz • Prepare workshops as well as exchange events with federal offices, cantons and organizations • Create data analyses and representations using GIS applications <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Master's degree in spatial planning, geography, political science, environmental sciences or similar • Good knowledge in handling data and GIS applications • Quick comprehension, initiative, efficiency, sociability, motivation and flexibility • Keen interest in spatial development and spatial planning policy • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a nutshell In your university internship, you will develop fundamentals and solution approaches in the topics of housing shortage, high-quality inner-city development, monitoring of second homes, as well as climate and spatial planning, and will be in exchange with various federal offices, cantons and organizations.
