Our client realizes demanding single-family and multi-family houses and stands for quality, precision, and reliability.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated civil engineering worker (m/f/d) in the area of earthworks and sewerage work for residential construction projects.

Area of responsibility:

• Execution of earthworks and excavation for construction pits
• Creating and securing construction pits (construction pit securing)
• Creating foundation excavations and levels
• Laying sewerage (dirty water and rainwater pipes)
• Installation and positioning of manholes (inspection and sewerage manholes)
• Laying utility lines (water, electricity, telecommunications etc.)
• Professional backfilling and compaction of utility trenches and construction pits
• Working with leveling instruments / laser for height control
• Application of lean concrete (blinding layers, pipe encasements etc.)
• Support with formwork and concrete work in the foundation area
• Operating small equipment (vibrating plate, tamper etc.)
• Assistance in operating construction machinery (e.g., excavator)
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

(No road construction)

Requirements:

• Experience in the main construction industry
• Several years of practical experience in the area of excavation, sewerage, and utility lines
• Confident handling of laser/leveling instruments
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent, careful, and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team and resilience
• Driver's license class B (advantageous)
