Your impact in this role You ensure the operation and management of the life cycle of Sonic Suisse's ERP systems, including daily operations, support, optimizations and projects. As such, you are responsible for; Defining and implementing new requirements and processes with business users, Understanding business needs and processes, Translating and implementing business needs into IT solutions (ERP), Managing process changes with business users, Leading or participating in ERP projects, coordinating tasks with other IT teams, defining, implementing and managing interfaces with other applications or processes, Providing level 2/3 support to end-users. Your career and expertise Technical skills; Good knowledge of the ABACUS ERP system (ABAReports / BPE is a plus), Understanding of financial or supply chain processes, General knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, databases; an asset, General knowledge of application development, Native language French or German + English: ability to participate and lead meetings, written communication (emails) and documentation (processes, directives, SOP, etc.).
