We are recruiting: A cleaner N40 can perform the following tasks:
Job description:
As a Cleaner N40, you are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the cleanliness of the site assigned to you. You ensure the application of hygiene measures for the infrastructures, and carry out ancillary tasks according to client requests.
Your main missions:
Stripping of floors
Carpet shampooing
Disinfection
Surface treatment
Use of specialized machines
End-of-construction cleaning
Use of single-disc machine
Use of scrubber dryer
Professional window cleaning
Washing of glazed surfaces at height
Deep cleaning
Compliance with safety rules
Good physical condition
Autonomous and teamwork
Aerial work platform permit / Forklift permit
CFC Cleaning Agent (an asset)
Indispensable:
Driving license
Experience in special works (minimum 2 years)
Mastery of single-disc machine and scrubber dryer
Stripping and restoration of floors
Job conditions:
Location: Genève
Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07 h 00 to 16 h 35
Activity rate: 43 hours per week
Contract type: CDI
According to the CCT in Swiss Romande Cleaning the salary is: Cleaner N40 Genève CHF 4'
Your profile:
Experience in the cleaning field specifically in end-of-construction. Have the aerial work platform permit. Rigor in compliance with instructions and hygiene and safety rules. Sense of organization and cleaning work methodology. Interpersonal skills (customer sense, discretion, friendliness). Ability to adapt. Regular availability from Monday to Friday.
