With your expertise, reliability and sense of people, you ensure that our HR processes run smoothly and that employees and managers are competently supported. Your tasks Independent support of a business area in all HR topics Operational processing of all personnel processes from entry to exit Deputy head of HR and assumption of management tasks in their absence Collaboration in HR projects as well as active participation and further development of processes Support and accompaniment of trainees in the HR department Creation of internal and external statistics What you bring You are a service-oriented person, work independently and reliably, and keep an overview even in demanding situations. You think along, get involved and find pragmatic solutions.
