For the Sales Planning & Distribution department of our Audi Division at the headquarters in Cham ZG, we are looking for an engaged personality as Distribution Specialist Audi (m/f/d) 80-100% starting immediately or by arrangement.

What you can achieve with us ##

• Order management: You process and transmit vehicle orders to the Audi manufacturing plant and ensure correct processing
• Production & delivery monitoring: You monitor the production scheduling as well as the manufacturer's deliveries and are in exchange with AUDI AG
• Dealer contact: You provide information on delivery times, answer product-specific questions and take over the coordination of inquiries from trade
• Control & analysis: You check and clear factory invoices, carry out regular stock controls and create evaluations for new cars as well as for inventory management
• Special orders & model planning: You process Audi exclusive orders and plan the model mix including options towards the manufacturing plant
• Responsibility for the vehicle ordering system of your Audi models: You maintain and program master data in the SAP system (designations, equipment, prices), check error messages and participate in sales promotion measures

What you bring with you ##

• Experience: You are confident in handling complex tasks and like to take on responsibility
• Education / Further training: You have a commercial basic education or a technical basic education combined with commercial further training
• Digital Skills: You are experienced in working with M365 tools (especially Excel) and are familiar with the use of SAP (or are confident that you can learn it quickly)
• Language skills: You communicate with style in German and ideally have good French and English skills, Italian skills are an advantage
• Personality Fit: You work analytically and structurally and solve complex tasks with high accuracy. Your strong customer orientation, ability to work in a team and resilience make you a reliable interface between internal partners and the manufacturer
