Chef de Rang

To complete our team, we are looking for a: Chef de Rang Tasks • Preparation and setting up of the dining room; • Reception of guests and table service with professionalism and courtesy; • Management of orders and collaboration with the kitchen staff; • Tidying and cleaning of the dining room. Requirements • Hotel education or proven experience in a similar function, preferably in structures of the same category; • Excellent relational skills and strong customer focus; • Team spirit, precision and punctuality; • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of German and/or English (French is a preferred qualification); • Availability to work on shifts, including Sundays and public holidays; • Category B driver's license; • Self-employed or able to reach the workplace by public transport compatible with service hours. Employment conditions • Workplace: Ascona; • Contract by the hour on call with a variable occupancy rate from 50% to 100%; • Activity carried out on shifts for lunch and dinner service; • Fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026, with possibility of renewal; • Free parking available; • Remuneration and employment conditions in accordance with the HotellerieSuisse / L-GAV collective agreement.
