Your tasks: • Preparing workpieces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and masking • Professional painting of metal, plastic, and other industrial parts • Operation of spray systems as well as wet and powder coating systems • Mixing and adjusting colors and lacquers according to specifications • Carrying out quality controls and post-processing of painted surfaces • Maintenance and cleaning of work equipment as well as compliance with safety and quality standards Your profile: • Completed training as Industrielackierer EFZ or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in industrial painting is an advantage • Experience in wet painting and/or powder coating • Independent, exact, and quality-conscious way of working • Technical understanding and manual dexterity • Teamwork skills, reliability, and resilience • Good German language skills • Driver's license category B is an advantage
