Your tasks: • Needs-oriented care and nursing of the residents in the day and late shifts • Close cooperation with residents, relatives, authorities, doctors, therapists and psychiatric institutions (reference person work) • Assumption of organizational and professional daily responsibility in the early or late shift • Guidance and accompaniment of students and trainees • Active participation in the implementation and further development of quality management (ISO 9001, RAI) • Support of a smooth shift operation as well as interdisciplinary cooperation Your profile: • Completed training as Dipl.
