Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH Gerontopsychiatrie 80–100 %

Your tasks:

• Needs-oriented care and nursing of the residents in the day and late shifts
• Close cooperation with residents, relatives, authorities, doctors, therapists and psychiatric institutions (reference person work)
• Assumption of organizational and professional daily responsibility in the early or late shift
• Guidance and accompaniment of students and trainees
• Active participation in the implementation and further development of quality management (ISO 9001, RAI)
• Support of a smooth shift operation as well as interdisciplinary cooperation

Your profile:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann DN II / HF / FH
• Interest and motivation for the field of gerontopsychiatry
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Appreciation in dealing with elderly, mentally ill and demented people
• Knowledge of RAI and EasyDok is an advantage
• Quality and cost awareness
• Flexibility and openness to contemporary nursing concepts
